Customer Service Executives (Front Line)

Minimum G. C. E. O/L qualification.
Trilingual ability would be an added advantage.

Assistant Engineer – Maintenance

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

Will be responsible for overall maintenance work of the Head Office
To Plan the routine maintenance, machinery and attend to breakdowns, diagnose faults and oversee time-critical repairs
Supervise maintenance staff in order to ensure a positive and healthy work environment.
To liaise with outside parties with regard to maintenance related work.
Rectification and provide a prompt and effective solutions to maintenance problems within the shortest possible time; electrical, A/C, Generator, Elevator etc.
Provide an outstanding level of support to the needs of staff and, in so doing, gain their respect and appreciation.
Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, negotiating pricing, collaborating on approved vendor list, keeping vendor list updated and publishing the list for the properties
Comply with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Academic qualifications

G. C. E 'A' Level
National Diploma of Technology (NDT) or equivalent qualification
Sound knowledge in Electrical Maintenance & Mechanical Maintenance
Good command of Sinhala & English (Written & spoken)
Computer literacy (Good knowledge of MS Office packages) is an essential

Work experience:

3 years post qualifying experience in a similar capacity in a reputed organization.
