Now with Hutch Busy Tunes, let your callers know when you are unable to take their call. It’s quite simple. Once you activate a Busy Tune a situational pre recorded message will play for your callers to hear instead of the dial tone.

When a Busy Tune message is activated it will replace your Hello Tune. Once the Busy Tune is deactivated, or if it expires, your normal Hello Tune will continue to play.

You can decide the language as well as the number of hours and days you would like your Busy Tune to be active.

How to activate

Dial *369# (Free)

SMS

Send BT<space>Busy Tune Category<space>Language E/S/T<space>Number of Hours (Free)

Eg: If you are at a meeting for 3 hours and if you want your message to be in English,
Send BT MEETING E 3 to 369

Listen to the prompts and activate

Call 369 (Rs. 1 + tax)

How to dectivate: Send BT DA to 369 or dial *369#

If you do not deactivate, your Busy Tune will auto deactivate after its defined time period.
