Option 02 – Get the SIM delivered to you

Get your replacement/upgrade SIM delivered to your door step , call 1788 now
Please email the following details to

  • Name
  • Postal Address
  • Hutch Phone Number
  • NIC
  • Alternate contact No

Once we receive a SIM replacement/upgrade request from you, we will contact you for verification, thereafter a replacement/upgrade SIM will be posted to you and you should receive the replacement/upgrade SIM within 4 days.
Once you receive the new SIM please dial 1788 to activate your SIM

If you don’t receive your replacement/upgrade SIM within 4 Days, please call us on 1788.

You can walk into one of the Hutch SIM replacement Centres in your location by selecting your district.
